In this final clip from the interview, Dr. Rane goes over the first thing people can do to begin to lean into living the life of their dreams.  As a primer she suggests we stop eating processed foods, foods high in gluten and to begin exercising as well as seeking help in getting unstuck behind our negative self belief systems.

Dr. Rane offers an exercise where she encourages us to draw a picture of what a typical dream day looks like, by drawing out this picture and adding a logo for it, it helps keep us focused in our daily routines as we make that dream scenario into a reality.
